Saigon or Ho Chi Minh city is the biggest city in the south of Vietnam. The city was under the French control. This is the reason why Saigon city has great influence with colonial architecture and the tree-lined boulevards. After the French left, the American came. Therefore, nearby you can visit Cu Chi tunnel which was built by the Vietnamese fighters duruing the war time. Here you can see how they lived. However, the top destination in the south of Vietnam is not in the city itself but Mekong delta where you have unbelievable experience on daily life of the locals, discover their floating houses, floating markets…..After three hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City, you can relax on long, beautiful and sandy beaches of Mui Ne. The first is mysterious Myson – the holly Champa kingdom(dated back from the 3rd century to 13th century). The second is the ancient Hoian town where commercial activities was dominated by Japanese and Chinese merchants. Many of them settled in Fai Fo, where each community maintained their own governor, legal code and strong cultural identity. The Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese built Hoi an old town of architectural monuments in various forms: living house, assembly hall, communal house, pagoda, shrine, temple, water well, bridge, wharf, market… The third is romantic Hue. It was chosen to be the capital of Vietnam in 1802 under the Nguyen dynasty and continued its role until 1945. Hue was created on the model of the Forbidden city in Beijing with many palaces, temples inside. More recently the French culture has left a strong impression in the city. The Year of the Rooster

The Rooster is traditionally considered to be a favourable sign. His crow signals the break of dawn and the beginning of a fresh start, driving away the ghosts and evil spirits of the night. He is the only creature of the Chinese zodiac with wings and, as such, is regarded as the messenger that connects the two worlds of heaven and earth.

He has five virtues: knowledge, military expertise, courage, benevolence and credibility. His crest, `kwan”, means coronet, and represents the pen, the symbol of knowledge, while his claw symbolises the sword of military skills. When confronted by an enemy, the courageous Rooster fights till the end without retreat. When he finds food he shares it to show his benevolence and he demonstrates his credibility by never failing to crow on time.

2005 is the year of the Green Wooden Rooster. Green is the colour of hope, of Spring, and of Youth, so this year will be exceptionally good for the application of scientific achievements to production and new creative work. Wood symbolises family values and astrologers say the family will constitute an integral part of everyone”s life this year. Practicality, business attitude and diligence will be valued highly and those who pay attention to even the slightest details will achieve remarkable heights

The Rooster is a very fertile bird, so tradition tells us that this will be the best time to find your true love and form a family of your own. Roosters are also communal creatures so 2005 promises to be a lucky one for joint ventures. Astrology suggests we should sign as many business contracts as possible and form new partnerships in the upcoming year. However, no matter the business, family interests should always come first!

The Rooster Person. Those born in rooster years are described as having a strong desire to be constantly at the centre of attention. Cheery, sharp and humorous, the magnificent Rooster will never pass up an opportunity to recount his adventures and specify his accomplishments. He is a flamboyant personality, feisty and obstinate, the proud extrovert who loves to strut his stuff. Outwardly confident, the Rooster is also a trustworthy, hardworking individual who speaks frankly with no qualms or reservations.

Roosters are very loyal. They detest dishonesty or mockery of any sort for they are direct and honest people who expect those around them to be the same. Roosters are happiest when they are surrounded by others, at a small party or a large social gathering, in some way enjoying the spotlight. A Rooster will either like you, or he won’t – there’s no middle road. Although they are vocal with opinions and ideas, Roosters are pretty tight-lipped about their personal emotions and feelings and rarely wear their hearts on their sleeves. They are intensely private people.

East meets West

The upfront Aries Rooster is blunt, yet witty, unafraid of criticism and fond of sharing his points of view. Honest and trustworthy, this Rooster expects the same of others.

The hard-working Taurus Rooster is motivated, industrious and reliable and finishes what he starts, but must learn to relax more.

The sharp-minded Gemini Rooster is an efficient organiser who loves a good, solid debate, often on political or environmental issues.

The loving Cancer Rooster is a kindly and sweet individual who enjoys the company of friends, family and animal companions. But beware if he shows his claws!

The flamboyant Leo Rooster is full of energy and charisma but also deeply sincere and compassionate.

The logical Virgo Rooster, although extremely efficient at completing tasks too difficult for others, may sometimes be too detail-oriented.

The organised Libra Rooster is sophisticated and urbane, admired for his good taste and attractive appearance.

The determined Scorpio Rooster is a motivated goal-setter who hides his deep emotions.

The open-hearted Sagittiraius Rooster is a likeable free spirit, honest and down to earth with a tendency to sometimes put his foot in his mouth.

The practical Capricorn Rooster wants to succeed, and his intellect and drive make him want to be in charge.

The non-conformist Aquarius Rooster is creative and clever but needs motivation.

The sensitive Pisces Rooster is just as stubborn, yet not as blunt as other Roosters. He considers the feelings of others and avoids confrontation or discord.

Whatever Rooster you may be, whatever animal of the Chinese zodiac you are, this year of 2005 will bring creativity, diligence and family strengths to the fore. The official day of the New Year is 9 February, the Tiger month, make sure you wear something green and don’t, whatever you do, eat fowl on that day.

Overcoming Rejection in Your Life Requires Faith

I receive e-mails from all over the world from people who want to improve themselves both personally as well as professionally in their career goals and their business goals objectives in life. One of the most common e-mail inquiries I receive are from people who have really low self esteem due to rejection and being rejected in their lives. As human beings, we have an innate need to be accepted, valued and loved. Feelings of acceptance, love and being valued in our lives are natural feelings of emotion that every human being on the face of this earth cherishes and wants in life.

God actually created mankind in order to have successful relationships with all mankind, including you. However, because of the sin in the world, man is destined to suffer enormous heartaches, failures and rejection in his life, unless the relationship with God is once again restored.

Accepting God as Lord in Your Life

Apart from God, man is nothing. Only by accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal savior in your life, can the emptiness of rejection, bitterness, jealousy and hatred be removed from your life. You can’t get rid of and eliminate rejection from your life from drinking, or from any other of your damaging addictions in your life.

Only God is able to provide for you, the real contentment, in how to be happy in life. Trust God in your prayers to Him, in asking Him how to meditate? God does hear your prayers, but you’ve got to develop the hope and faith in believing and trusting in Him to remove the emptiness of bitterness and rejection in your life. God knows rejection all too well. God came to earth as a child, and throughout Jesus’ life on earth, He was continuously rejected by mankind, just as mankind continues to reject God in their lives today as well. Maybe you too.

But if everything you’ve ever tried in your life has not worked, you owe it to yourself and to your eternal salvation by putting your trust, hope and faith in God. People will continue to disappoint you in your life, and in turn, you will continue to disappoint people you know as well. It’s all part of the human condition called SIN.

But God will not reject you; instead God will demonstrate and show you HIS unconditional love to you. You see man puts conditions on love, on but God does not. He loves you and I the same today, tomorrow and in the future. Man changes, but God is constant, never changing.

Accept and Forgive Yourself for Failures in Your Life

Rejection if not controlled, turns to jealousy, and jealousy if not controlled turns to anger, and anger if not controlled turns to hatred, and hatred in full bloom gives birth to death and dying. Just as God died for all of mankind’s sins on earth in demonstrating the full measure of His forgiveness, by dying on the cross to pay for yours and my sins, by granting us eternal life for all those who believe in Jesus as your personal Lord in Savior, how much more should you be able to offer your forgiveness not only to yourself but to others as well.

The graveyards are full of people who have died without making amends to those to whom they needed to forgive for past hurts or wrongs in life. Life is too short and then you die, tomorrow is not guaranteed for you or others in your life. You need to develop the self confidence, in offering a contrite heart for true unconditional forgiveness. Whether the person or persons in turn reciprocate the gesture in offering their forgiveness to you is mute.Real forgiveness is unconditional-period.

Think, Reflect, and Learn From being Rejected

The optimist in me says and believes that everything in life is a learning experience (both good bad and/or indifferent). And I’ll admit, that in some instances you can be rejected without any apparent reason as to why. But generally speaking, most people have enough awareness as to why they were rejected.

If for example, you were terminated on your job because of your poor public speaking skills, and you have a dreaded fear of public speaking, then you really only have two logical choices to make:

a) If you like this particular job, you need to overcome your fear of public speaking fairly quickly by hiring a public speaking coach, or mentor to improve your skills in public speaking for your next successful job interview, OR

b) You change jobs completely so public speaking is no longer a required skill associated with this particular job. The important thing is to learn from these instances of rejection, and temporary setbacks, so you can make the necessary changes for improvement in moving yourself forward in lifes path.

Develop the Positive Attitude and Mindset of Moving Forward Not Backwards in Life

I can’t tell you the number of people to whom I’ve mentored and coached who were forever stuck in reverse in their lives because of past hurts, grievances, rejections and disappointments. You can have the best smart goals and personal development plan for your life goals, but if you are forever stuck in the past, reliving past hurts, disappointments and rejections, you will be unable to move forward because of your negative thinking.

You have to develop a positive attitude, and embrace a positive thinking mindset and outlook on life, if you ever want to have a chance of eliminating rejection, and being rejected, not only from your vocabulary, but more importantly from your life altogether.

Remember, the biggest room in the entire world is the room called self improvement. Your life is waiting.

A Typical Paraglider Pilot? No Such Thing!

Just what is a typical paraglider pilot? The short answer is ‘there are none’. The slightly longer answer might be ‘well, a lot of them seem to be guys in their 30s or 40s’. Surprised? Isn’t paragliding one of those scary, risky, over-the-top activities in vogue with the young and daring? No, it isn’t really, although there is some potential for danger as in any form of flying.

So don’t expect to go to a paragliding location and find pilots fitting some sort of Extreme Sports stereotype. Being more of an aviation sport, and relatively cheap and easy to get into, paragliding does attract a wide variety of participants. You too could learn to paraglide and amaze your friends!

Europe is where it all started, and it is there that you are more likely to spot some interesting, umm, extremes in the sport. In that corner of the world, children’s camps sometimes include paragliding as an activity! At the other end of the spectrum, there are many older pilots. That is, those well past retirement age! What better way to keep life interesting.

Heck, I’ve even seen a video clip of a dog going for a ride, clipped into a special doggy harness alongside the pilot. Wonder how much flying time a German Shepherd needs to log before going solo. Hey, don’t laugh, paragliding is almost that easy!

Pilots From Many Angles

Just for fun, let’s do a quick check of some possible categories for paraglider pilots.

Age is one, definitely. I’ve already mentioned how the very young to the very old can fly. Weight is another. Little men or slightly-built ladies flying their bottom-of-the-size-range XXS wings. Sounds like a shirt size doesn’t it.. Right through to people of substance who are too much for anything but a tandem paraglider. Yes, a wing actually built for two. What else? Nationality of course, since this is a global sport. Although birthed in Europe, and most popular over there, every continent on the planet has its paragliding fanatics.

What about disability? Surely not! Oh yes, some companies are actively helping wheel-chair-bound people into the air. All it takes is a couple of working arms after all, to use the paraglider’s brake toggles. Maybe just one more category, gender is an obvious one. As usual in flying sports, there are far more men than women in paragliding despite gender giving no special benefit for flying. If anything, women are quicker to pick up the required careful and precise style of using the controls.

That just about covers the main angles on the variety to be found in paragliding pilots. Now for some real examples, some specifics.

Age

Particularly in Europe, you can observe people in a wide range of age groups flying their paragliders. Even all the way back in 1994 there were some young pilots. In that year a 14 year old in Bulgaria became their youngest paraglider pilot. He had 29 flights to his credit at that tender age.

In Israel, paragliding has some history, starting with the Zoom Club pioneering efforts of Yair Shachar. He in turn taught a certain Baruch Gurwitz to fly, at the age of 70! In fact, in 1998 Baruch earned an entry in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s oldest paraglider pilot. He was 77. That record has not lasted though! Since then, a short film has been made about the exploits of a 79 year old Polish pilot. Miroslaw Dembinski produced the film, winning a prize in the Banff Mountain Film Festival.

Being a pilot is one thing, but of course age is even less of a barrier when you are only a passenger! I came across one paragliding school that recorded the names of two exceptional passengers. 95 year old Hannes Taugwalder for one, and also a certain Zoe Schmid, a little lady of 2 ½!

Weight

Just to give you some idea of the weight range available to paraglider pilots, here’s a couple of real paraglider designs to illustrate. Firstly, the Nova Rookie wing is available in 5 different sizes. The smallest is the XXS. Extra extra small. Just right for a featherweight pilot, most likely female, who weighs in at 55 kilograms (about 120 pounds) ready to fly. That’s right, that weight includes harness, helmet and any other gear she may be wearing.

At the other end of the scale, really large pilots can in fact use a tandem paraglider which is normally used for taking passengers. So, in theory, Big Bertha or Gigantic Joe who weighs 200 kilograms (about 440 pounds), could put on 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of flying gear and go for a gentle float in the Bio-Air Bi-Bio 42. This is a typical tandem paraglider.

Now for a bit of trivia. The biggest sports paraglider of all time was a one-off design with a 20 meter (66 feet) wingspan, used for filming a car commercial! This very special reinforced wing had to carry a whopping 600 kilograms (over 1300 pounds), after being dropped from a Lama heavy-lift helicopter. A real Audi A6 Allroad vehicle was filmed floating through the sky under this paraglider, against spectacular mountain scenery.

Nationality

These days, it’s hard to think of a continent that has no paragliding activity. There are excellent schools and flying locations to be found all over the world. Also, I know that my paragliding website attracts visitors from more than 60 countries!

Paragliding is particularly well known and visible as a sport in England, France, Germany and South Korea. Of course there are others, but these 4 have stood out to me so far.

Disability

Organized paragliding for the disabled exists in the U.K., Australia, South Africa, the U.S. and probably quite a few other countries as well. Not surprisingly, tandem paragliders are used a lot in this area.

The English seem to have done a very good job of promoting paragliding for the disabled. Just look at the activities of Airways Airports, they are not hard to find! This company sometimes uses specially modified paragliding ‘chariots’ to give access to flying to a very wide range of disabled people.

Another notable company is Handiconcept, who provide a range of activities to the disabled, including paragliding. They operate from a Swiss Alpine resort and cater for both the physically and mentally handicapped.

Moving across to the U.S., an innovative company called Team Thor have set themselves up as a public charity. They cater for the physically handicapped in particular, and focus on coastal flying in tandem paragliders. Not just any old coastal flying, but the very impressive and well-known ridge-flying experience of Torrey Pines, on the Pacific coast.

Gender

Paragliding offers no barriers at all to female participants. The minor issue of very light weight, in some cases, is easily fixed by carrying ballast. Some of the bigger paragliding schools even offer paragliding courses specifically for women. An example is Peak to Peak Paragliding which operate out of Boulder, Colorado in the U.S.

Particularly in Europe, a select few women have reached the highest standards in the sport by becoming active competition pilots. Such is the participation rate over there, there are even women-only events on the CIVL sporting calendar. CIVL is an international body that governs aspects of paragliding and hang-gliding, like the FAI in general aviation.

Now for a quick mention of 2 notable women in paragliding. Firstly, Azar Mazru’ii Farahani from Iran is the director of the Women’s Air Sports Federation of Tehran. A professional paragliding instructor, she glides through the air with the greatest of ease wearing traditional Islamic clothing. That’s different.

Secondly, one of the U.K.’s top female pilots is Nicky Moss. She was good enough to win the women’s event of the British Open Paragliding Championship when it was held in Àger, Spain. Not only that, Nicky also holds a British record in paragliding.

In Conclusion

Maybe you might never have the opportunity to become a professional pilot. But paragliding, even if only as a passenger, is surely within your reach!

About FAI (Femoroacetabular Impingement)

FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) is a common source of hip pain affecting athletes, “weekend warriors” and young and middle-aged adults alike. It begins in the childhood growth years, when the bones of the hip fail to develop normally. Although exercise does not cause FAI (femoroacetabular impingement, symptoms may be worsened by exercise, particularly activities that require high-impact hip flexion. Soccer, gymnastics, hockey and ice skating are a few of the sports associated with this condition; however, the condition can occur in non-athletes as well.

In order to understand FAI (femoroacetabular impingement), it is important to understand how the hip functions. The hip joint consists of these important structures:

  • Head of the femur (femoral head, or ball)
  • Acetabulum (hip socket)
  • Labrum– composed of cartilage; sits on the edge of the acetabulum and extends almost all the way around the socket
  • Capsule– thick fibrous tissue that surrounds the hip joint

Impingement (FAI) occurs when there is an abnormal shape to the bone on either the socket or the ball side of the joint. For example, the ball can have an extra boney “bump” or the socket can be too deep. In either case, the labrum is pinched (impinged upon) between the abnormal areas of bone, resulting in damage to the labrum or to the underlying cartilage within the socket. This results in the pain that is typical of this condition.

Symptoms

The primary symptom of FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) is groin pain, although the pain may also locate to the outer edge of the hip. The “C’ sign is demonstrated when a patient cups their fingers and thumb in a C formation and grips the side of their hip. Patients may complain that the pain is sharp or dull. Patients may also complain of a sensation of instability in their hip, as if their leg is going to “give way”. Catching, locking and popping are also common sensations experienced by patients with FAI (femoroacetabular impingement).

Diagnosis

Diagnosis of this condition should be made by an orthopedic specialist, who will initially obtain a thorough history focused on the hip pain. A physical exam will also be done in which the specialist maneuvers the affected hip in an attempt to localize the pain. In the anterior impingement test, the patient lies on their back. The hip is flexed and the knee is brought to the midline of the body while the hip is internally rotated. This simple maneuver often recreates the groin pain experienced by patients with FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) and is a reliable sign that impingement may be an issue. Of course, specialists will not rely solely on the anterior impingement test to diagnose patients– x-rays are required, which may show abnormal hip bone formation and possible arthritis, and an MRI can often reveal soft tissue damage not visible on x-rays.

Treatment

FAI can sometimes be treated conservatively. Conservative treatment consists of activity modification, physical therapy and anti-inflammatory medications. Hip joint injections, in which a corticosteroid is injected into the hip joint to relieve pain and inflammation, are sometimes performed when oral anti-inflammatories, physical therapy and rest are ineffective in relieving pain.

Should all of these measures (including joint injections) fail, arthroscopic surgery may be required. In this type of surgery, incisions (portals) less than ½ an inch in size are created around the hip joint. Through one portal, a camera is inserted. Instruments no larger than a pen or pencil are inserted through the other portals. Using these instruments, the surgeon can shave down any bony spurs (bumps), reshape the acetabulum if it is too deep and/or repair any labral injuries with sutures. Arthroscopic surgery is minimally invasive. Physical therapy begins almost immediately, and most athletes can return to their sport of choice within 3 to 5 months.

Choosing a Surgeon

If you have hip pain, whether you are an athlete or simply an active adult, you will want to choose a qualified orthopedic surgeon to evaluate your hip pain. A determination will need to be made regarding the cause of your hip pain, as well as the best treatment for it.

Holland Bone and Joint Center offers state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment options to patients suffering hip pain, whether the pain is caused by FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) or another condition. Should arthroscopic surgery be needed, the Center provides professional and personalized pre and postoperative care to people from all walks of life, including world-class athletes.

Physical Therapy Continuing Education: Hip FAI Surgery

Physical Therapy Continuing Education Dot Org recently interviewed the rehab crew of one of the most famous Hip surgeons in the world. Here are a few excerpts from the interview.

Interviewer: What types of surgeries that you commonly work with?

Hip Rehab Expert: We are primarily working with – I myself lead the hip team for rehab, so hip arthroscopy.

Our philosophy has always been to keep active people active. So, we don’t specialize in the hip replacements and the shoulder replacements and the knee replacements, we specialize in trying to preserve the joint as long as possible, so it’s all arthroscopy. Some small open procedures, but mostly shoulders, knees.

We now have a surgeon who’s the foot and ankle specialist. And then obviously the hips, and we do C-spine and non-operative spine.

Interviewer: Okay, very good. Talking a little bit more specifically about the hip procedures that you commonly work with, is it most commonly FAI procedures or could you just elaborate on that a little?

Hip Rehab Expert: Yes, we specializes in FAI surgeries, so Femoroacetabular Impingement with labral tears. That is primarily what he specializes in is performing that surgery.

Interviewer: Very good. Well, I know you’re in a unique situation where you have a lot of patients fly in to see you guys out there. Then typically if – and correct me if I’m wrong about this – I think they stay for a short period of time and then they return to their home and continue their rehab.

Could you just tell us a little bit about how that whole rehab process works? Like how often are they seen when they’re up with you guys, and then how is that rehab carried over once they get home and follow-up with you guys?

Hip Rehab Expert: Sure. Dr. Our surgeon’s practice are probably the most unique in that as you said, 85 to 90 percent maybe fly in from anywhere across the world actually.

So, what we’ve done for years is – our philosophy, and we truly practices this as his philosophy, he says 50 percent of success is the rehab. Fifty percent of the success of the patient and their outcomes is the rehab that follows the surgery. So, he felt like the patient had to be vested in that rehab.

A Brief History of Hoian, Vietnam

It’s daybreak in the Ancient town of Hoian. The historic port is located in central Vietnam south of the modern port city of Danang. Many mornings have passed since the first foreign ships began to arrive in the late 1500s. Japanese traders began to sail to Hoian in the 1600s, when the Japanese Emperor starting granting permission allowing overseas trade. The Chinese traders began to settle in Hoian in the 1700s – their architectural influence is still scene today along the narrow streets of this picturesque town. The narrow houses built centuries ago influence the buildings erected today throughout Vietnam.

Hoian’s earliest history is that of a Champa commercial settlement located about 40 kilometers from the Champa spiritual center of My Son – a popular tourist destination of today. The Japanese Bridge , also called Chua Cau (Pagoda Bridge) by the locals, is now one of the popular symbols of Hoian – everyone who’s been there probably has a photo of the bridge. Ships from Portugal, Holland, Spain and even India. Known as Fai Fo in the early trading days, Hoian reached its glory days in the mid 17th Century. Traders soon moved their activities to the Danang area and even further up the coast towards China. By the beginning of the 20th Century, Hoian was pretty much an footnote in the history of international trade.

Hoian’s most important role during the 20th Century was that of being Quang Nam Province’s military headquarters during the 1960s and70s. When Vietnam began to welcome foreign travelers in the 1990s, Hoian soon earned a reputation of being a destination for curious tourists. In 1999, UNESCO named Hoian a World Heritage Site based on the preservation of its foreign and domestic cultural influences – including 194 historical sites including 87 pagodas, temples and communal houses, 82 ancient tube-shaped houses, 24 community wells and the Japanese Bridge.

A modern morning in Hoian consists of locals tending to their household needs by shopping in the waterfront marketplace, getting shops and restaurants ready for travelers from all over the world, and tourists deciding whether to explore the streets of Hoian, catch a tour to Danang, Marble Mountain, China Beach or the My Son Ruins.

Hoian is a “must see” for any traveler visiting Vietnam.

The €C’ sign is demonstrated when a patient cups their fingers and thumb in a C formation and grips the side of their hip. Patients may complain that the pain is sharp or dull. Patients may also complain of a sensation of instability in their hip, as if their leg is going to €give way€.

In this type of surgery, incisions (portals) less than an inch in size are created around the hip joint.

Buyers Guide to the Best Futon Stores

If you are a buyer who has logged on to the internet to buy futons, futon frames or futon mattresses, then you will be greeted by a huge number of futon stores, each promising the best of wares at the most competitive prices. But do they really mean it?

Is the first futon store that you have come up against, really the best? This buyers guide is specially crate for customers like you who are unable to navigate through the extremely crowded world of futon stores.

We have years of experience in the trenches and we will utilize each minute of this experience to help you shop safely and smartly.

Tips:

  • There are organizations and associations like the Futon Association International, which has a list of futon retailers. As a member of FAI, every dealer has to pay a hefty fee, follow industry trends and carry out business honestly and ethically. FAI has a futon store locator where you can easily find an affiliated futon store by entering your zip code. This is a great way to find honest businesses close to you which brings us to our second point.
  • Buying futons online is easy and saves us a lot of hassles of travelling to the stores. But always ensure that the online store has its warehouse close to your home or state. A lot of people order futon frames from distant places and in the end, incur shipping costs that are higher than the actual cost of the futon.
  • Read and be informed. There are several websites out there that offer quality information on futons. What is the average price for a decent futon frame and mattress? What is the average price for a good quality futon cover? Do all websites offer free shipping? Which brands are the best? This information can very well impact the final outcome of your shopping.

On a concluding note, all that I can say is that the futon industry is ‘YGWYPF’. In other terms, you get what you pay for. So never fall for ‘cheap price’ gimmicks and always make a smart decision. Happy shopping!
